How does scheduling work?
With BluSmart, you can schedule your cab up to 48 hours in advance by choosing a time slot that is best suited for you. This allows you to plan your travel in advance. We ensure that you get your ride at your specified time slot without the hassles of cancellations.
Can I edit my pickup or drop location?
Unfortunately, currently, you cannot edit your pickup or drop location once the ride has been booked. However, we are in the process of developing a feature that will soon allow you to edit your drop location with ease.
What mode of payment can be used to book city ride?
We offer multiple payment options like cash & prepaid modes and you can choose to pay using the most convenient method. Under the prepaid mode, we have over 10 options, including Blu Wallet, UPI, credit/debit cards, mobile wallets, and more.
How to book a ride for someone else?
Please follow these simple steps to book a ride for someone else.
  • Tap on City Rides
  • You will be directed to the Pickup & Drop Screen
  • Click on the tab named ‘Myself’ at the top
  • Add the contact you want to book a ride for by tapping on the ‘+’ icon
  • Enter other details like pickup, drop locations and choose a time slot
  • Confirm the ride & voila!
For what all rides I can use this feature?
At present, these can be only booked for City, Express & Multi-Stop rides.
